인스타그램 해킹된 아이디 복구 실패 일지 Failed to Recover Hacked My Instagram Account.

난 바꾼적이 없다고요.... 링크작동도 안한다

어느날 새벽에 와있던 문자를 아침에 눈뜨고 보았다. 보안알림이나, 확인이 없는 경우 로그인 불가 혹은 백업 코드 메일이 와야 하는데.. 이날은 그냥 이메일 변경이 왔다. 이미 내 정보는 털려서 어떤방법인지 모를 로그인 후 이메일 변경이 진행된 것이다.

메일상 보안알림이 오게 되면, 거기에 있는 갱신 링크로 복구하거나.. 바꾸거나 하면 되는데 그런게 전혀 없었다.

In the morning, I woke up to find a message arriving at dawn. Usually, for security alerts or when confirmation is missing, I'd expect a notification of failed login attempts or a backup code email. However, I received an email stating my email address had been changed. My personal information had already been compromised, and somehow, the hacker logged in and proceeded with the email change.

If a security alert is triggered in a normal situation, there’s a recovery or reset link in the email that allows you to restore or change things. But this time, none of that was present.

아무런 작동을 하지않는다..

아침부터 핸드폰을 붙잡고 온갖 시도를 했다. [ www.instagram.com/hacked/  ] 여기서 링크를 통해 인증을 받거나.. 해결을 요청하면 된다고 해서 모든 항목에 시도를 해보았으나 다시 고객센터 메인으로 돌아가더라. 무슨 이유인지 모르겠지만, 작동이 안되서 실패

I spent the entire morning glued to my phone, trying everything I could. I followed the link to [www.instagram.com/hacked/], where you're supposed to verify your identity or request help. I tried every option available, but I was redirected back to the main customer support page each time. For some unknown reason, nothing worked, and I failed to resolve the issue.

아침부터 시도해봤는데, '로그인 > 비밀번호 찾기' 는 실패, 이메일, 핸드폰이 수신 불가일 경우 할 수 있는 방법이 얼굴 인증 이었다. 하지만.. 해커가 이미 인증키 앱으로 연결 해두었는나보더라. 이메일 인증이 완료 되었는데.. 인증기(Apple Passwords, Duo, Google Authentification etd..)로 다시 한 번 인증하는 프로세스에서 막혔다. 아마 해커가 직접 인증기에 등록해두었기 때문에.. 내가 알 수 없게 되었다.

절대 뚫을 수 없는 벽이다..

I started trying to fix the issue in the morning, but the 'Login > Forgot Password' option failed. Since I couldn’t receive emails or phone verifications, the only remaining option was facial recognition. However, it seemed the hacker had already linked an authentication app.

Even though the email verification was completed, I was stuck in the process where I had to verify again using an authenticator app (Apple Passwords, Duo, Google Authentication, etc.). Since the hacker likely registered the authenticator themselves, it became impossible for me to access it.

다른 방법을 찾아야 했다. 고객센터, X (구 트위터) 에 모두 연락해봤지만 자동응답기 답변이 왔다. 이제 더이상 뭘 할 수 있을지.. 그냥 포기 해야하는건가 싶다.

I had to find another way. I contacted customer support and X (formerly Twitter), but all I got were automated responses. Now, I'm wondering if there's anything left I can do... or if I should just give up.

이제 내 인스타 계정은 비활성화 되었고, 해커가 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 지키지 않아서 일지.. 내가 지속적인 번호찾기 혹은 요청을 반복했기 때문인지 이유는 지금도 모르지만.... 인스타, 페북, 메타에서는 고객센터 자동응답기에서 오는 말들에 지쳤고.. 다른 고객센터나 계정센터에서 보낼 수 있는 메일들에서는 자신들은 도와줄 수 없다고 한다.

이 글을 읽는 당신은 꼭 최신 버전의 OS, 앱에 2단계 인증이나, 복잡하고 알아내기 어려운 비밀번호.. 만약 할 수 있다면 최대한 자신의 정보를 관리 하면서 지내기를 바란다.

My Instagram account is now deactivated, though I'm still not sure if it's because the hacker violated community guidelines or because I kept trying to recover my account. Either way, I'm tired of the automated responses from Instagram, Facebook, and Meta customer support. The emails I sent to other support or account centers all ended with the same message: they can't help me.

To anyone reading this, I strongly recommend keeping your OS and apps up to date, enabling two-factor authentication, and using complex, hard-to-guess passwords. If possible, try to manage your personal information carefully.

비활성화시킨 상태에서, 나의 계정을 살릴 수 있었을까? 불가능하다. 로그인한 사용자가 계정을 삭제한 경우.. 복구할 수 없다. 왜? 직접 삭제한거니까. 그걸 알 수는 없으니까.. 

계정활용이 불필요하다고 판단한 해커가 그냥.. 스팸메세지 날려서 비활성화시키고 삭제해버린것이다. 이로써, 나의 추억들은 모두 사라져버렸다. (안쓸거면 그냥 돌려주지...)

Could I have Recovered my account once it was deactivated? No, it's impossible. If the logged-in user deletes the account, there’s no way to recover it. You know what? Because it’s deleted by the user, and there’s no way to know who did it.

The hacker, deciding my account was no longer useful, probably just sent the spammed messages and deactivated it before deleting it. And with that, all my memories are gone. (If they weren’t going to use it, why not just give it back...)

지금은 ... 모두 2단계 인증과 연결해두었다. Google Authentification 을 배울 수 있었던 계기가 되었다....비싼 수업료를 지불한 것 같다

아직도 희망은 놓지 않고 있다.

Now, I’ve set up two-factor authentication for everything and linked it to Google Authenticator. It turned out to be a learning experience...

It was an expensive lesson, but I’m still holding on to hope.
